"Oh, well that's strange..." a falling figure said as a paper appeared out of nowhere. It began to read the sheet since there was not much else to do while falling down the void. After scanning it over twice, the figure decided that it was meant to be filled out, apparently by themself.
First on the list: Name. Well, that was always an easy one.

Name: Rita Fuze

Next was another standard question, Age.

Age: 15

This was pretty easy so far, despite being in what seemed like a bottomless pit. However, the next question proved a little harder than its predecessors. For one reason or another the figure, who's name was now determined to be Rita Fuze, couldn't for the life of her remember its answer.
