I took the stick out of his hands and ran straight into the river. Quickly, I jumped back out. "When did river's get soo..." Instantly, I remembered how short I was now. "Oh yeah... never mind."

(By the ocean, no river)

"Just like that, alirght?" DVB said as he was showing Rita how to use the stick. " It appears I caught a sea bass," he said.

I watched DVB as he threw the spear and caught a big fish on his first try. Wow, how long had this guy been fishing like this? I waded into the ocean, after taking off my shoes, and immediately regretted it. "Oh, that's cold." I exclaimed. After taking a few seconds to adjust, I looked through the clear water for another big fish. But all I could see were some little minnows. Oh, and a hermit crab. I scooped the crustacean up and held in the palms of my hands. "Heehee..."

I carefully stepped back into the shallow end, making sure I didn't drown myself in two foot water. I stabbed some seaweed and stuck it in my mouth.

I smiled. Then I saw something on the seabed. A clam? I picked it up. "Found a clam or an oyster," I can as I tried to open it.

This pearl is natural, so it is a tad misshaped. You could probable get some cash for this sucker.

This land's star is almost at sunset, going to the town might be a good idea. You can see this town easily form where you are.

I took another bite of the seaweed I was eating, then shot my stick into the air. "Awight, let's head to town!"

I nodded in agreement, it was getting late and there wasn't mush else to do on the beach besides freeze in the water. Maybe they could learn a bit more in the town anyway. I gathered up all my things, which was really just my shoes and the stick. When I was done, I looked at DVB, waiting for him to come too. Before I forgot, I put the hermit crab back in the ocean.

"Well, we can eat the sea bass along with some seaweed salad, and we can sell this pearl," DVB said., " I also think we should keep our sticks," he said as he put back on his shoes.

You enter the trading town.

It is quite big and lined with vendors of many different cultures selling many different things. Paper lamps hang from roofs nicely lighting the straight roadway which seems to compose the entire area.

Gossip can be heard, maps can be bought, and at the far end a sizable dock can be just seen.

Really, a map is your first priority after selling you gains.

" Okay, let's ask where we can find a map," DVB asked as he looked around.

As you look around a small gumdrop shaped fellow approaches you.



"Hello good fellow! You look like a guy in search for something! Do you need some magic beans? A map? A tome of basic spells? Crossbow? Big ass hammer? I've got it all for the right price!"

I hmmed. " How much for the map and the magic spells? The map is more important though," DVB said. " I have this Strange Pearl as pay, you guys want something," he asked the group.

"I want the big ass hammer! I want the big ass hammer!" I cheered jumping up and down excitedly, chanting how much I wanted it.
