Here are the rules and such.
-No god Modding
-You can't Kill another Player unless they agree to it
-You Can't just have any weapon/item you want, you have to buy weapons/items from the shop(Which is Me lol)
-You earn money in different ways, every player starts with $200, and you earn more by doing jobs for the World master or other players.(or selling items you have)
-You will be able to earn abilities by doing special jobs for the World Master. (through PM with me)
-In the beginning every one starts out with an Apartment, $200 bucks, and basic items(food and such)
-there are in a sense NPCs like guards, and cops, and such as well as Important people...you can kill NPCs

There are more to come. They are no restrictions to rp scenes (smoking drinking etc) unless it conflicts with the forum rules.
